Feeling Great

I was introduced to this service through Groupon. It was the best money I ever spent. The medical evaluation was thorough and pin pointed my need areas. Ken, my counselor, was patient and encouraging and gave me great suggestions every week especially when I hit plateaus. I will miss my weekly sessions but know I can always go back and get advice when I need them. I feel healthy again and dropped 2 sizes to boot.
