The mind carries the key to our goals. The positive and negative results in our lives are the results of the mental thought patterns that form our experiential outcomes. We must have the desire to control our outcomes in our lives. Take full responsibility for your own malfunctions and dis-ease, and start producing positive thoughts for positive results. How you look plays a large role in how you feel. It is not just vanity, it is about your health. To look and feel your best, you must first think it and become it. Your mind can change your body, take advantage of your mind and body connection. Simply change your mind, change your body. Stubborn negative thought patterns that remain dormant in your mind can cause you to remain in or repeat an unwanted process. To overcome an obstacle and to never see it again is to remove it from your mental vision. Even if you can’t see it no longer with your naked eye, it still exists if you haven’t let it go from inside of you. It is more important to first lose weight from your mind, your emotions, and then your body. What created the weight, malfunctions, or dis-ease was not your body but was the thought forms and your emotions that gave it substance and held it in place. The goal is not to just to gain optimal health through losing weight, but it is to gain freedom from your negative thoughts and old habits. We have to come to the realization that to change the situation, we first have to change ourselves. And to change ourselves effectively we first have to change our perceptions towards our goals. People have achieved their fitness goals and gained control of their lives using the power of the mind. We ask for you to believe in yourself and to understand you are powerful among imagination. There are many reasons why people fail their goals and end up gaining or re-gaining weight. One has to believe that they have already accomplished goal they have set forth. With the power of believing in yourself, you can achieve the body you want, save years of frustrating dieting and fitness training.
